The 5,070 square foot home apparently had several owners before the Lehigh Valley Maaser family bought it in 2016 for $58,100, according to a report in the Potter Leader-Enterprise.

The house’s previous owners, the Rigas family, made the decision to turn it into a bed and breakfast in the 1980s. The rooms were roomy, and the front desk was empty for a while.
The Potter Leader-Enterprise asserts that the conservators fixed the side porch, repaired multiple damaged widows, and restored the roof to its former state.
